How Do You Tune Two Bass Drums Accurately?

I have an 8 piece Pearl Double Bass set (2 bass drums) and almost every method I try I cannot get both bass drums to sound exactly the same. I've been trying for almost 2 years and pretty much gave up in the time just having them kinda closely tuned but you could tell the difference still. Anyone have a 2 bass drum set and have a good method to have them sound the exact same?

I'm wanting how to learn how to play the drums really well. I know the basic 4 by 4 beat, but I don't have a drum kit to practice on. I live in an apartment so I need a good electric drum kit to plug head phones in. What's the best drum kit like that?

Are Electronic Drum Kits Ok For A Beginner Drummer To Learn On?

I've played drums before (a long time ago) but am interested in picking it up again. I'm effectively a beginner. For convenience reasons, an electronic kit would be preferable to an acoustic one. However, I am concerned that learning on an electronic kit would influence my touch/feel.
Also, are there particular kits/pads that are preferable?

I will be starting to take drumming lessons and want to get a drum set for myself.
Could you please tell me what makes you you reccomend for beginners.
